Mobile Ticketing Guide

GET THE APP

Download the official Florida Gators App, available from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store

Once downloaded, open the app and wait for the home screen to appear

Within the app, tap the "Tickets" icon at the bottom of the screen

After tapping the "Tickets" icon, tap the "My Tickets" option

Tap "Sign in to Florida Gators" at the bottom of the screen

MANAGE YOUR TICKETS

View, transfer, and sell tickets directly from your app

Tap on the game you would like to manage

Tap the "View Barcode" link to view your barcode for that game

Scan your ticket at the gate from this view or add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay account for later use. Please note screenshots will not get you in.

Adding your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay account will save you from needing internet access on game day for entry. Hold your phone near the scanner or ticket pedestal for contactless entry.

Transfer Your Tickets

From the event you are wanting to transfer, tap "Transfer" at the bottom of the screen

Select the tickets you'd like to transfer then tap "Transfer To"

After choosing a recipient, enter in their information and select "Transfer X Tickets"

Tickets can be reclaimed prior to the transfer recipient accepting your tickets by tapping the "Cancel Transfer" link

Sell YOUR TICKETS

From the event you are wanting to sell, tap "Sell" at the bottom of the screen

Select the tickets you'd like to sell, then tap "Set Price"

Enter your asking price, then tap "Payout Method"

Choose your payout method, them tap "Sell X Tickets"

Ticket listings can be edited or canceled by tapping the "Edit Listing or Cancel Listing" link

Why are we switching to mobile-only ticketing?

Safety

Going mobile is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. It is part of our continuing effort to make your UF gameday experience the very best.

Mobile tickets provide:

Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets.

Quick and contactless entry into the venue.

The ability to manage, send or sell your tickets at any time from your mobile device.

Flexibility

Real-time changes to event dates and times are reflected immediately on digital tickets. Mobile tickets also allow guests to manage tickets from their mobile phone through My Florida Gators Account Manager. That includes the seamless transfer, exchange or resell of tickets and parking via the Florida Gators App.

Ease of Use, Peace of Mind

Through My Florida Gators Account Manager, you always have your tickets on you. You may download, transfer, exchange or resell your tickets at any time. It also adds a layer of security, guarding against the production of fraudulent and counterfeit tickets.

What is My Florida Gators Account Manager?

My Florida Gators Account Manager gives you the ability to manage all of your Gators Athletic tickets from your desktop or mobile device. You can view, send, resell or donate your tickets to charity with convenience and security by logging into My Florida Gators account on your mobile device and through the Florida Gators App.

I’ve never used My Florida Gators Account Manager before. Do I already have an account? Do I need to create one?

If you have purchased tickets of any kind from the Gators Athletics Ticket Office, you already have an account in our ticketing system. If you do not know your password or are logging into your My Florida Gators Account for the first time, click on “Forgot Password?” to have a temporary password emailed to you. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, need to update your email address or have additional questions, please contact the Gators Ticket Office at 352-375-4683.

What is the cost for managing tickets online?

Managing tickets online is free. There are no costs to view, transfer or donate your Gators tickets or parking.

Is my personal information secure?

Our venues are PCI compliant, giving you the highest available security to ensure that your account information is completely secured and protected.

What if I do not have a smartphone, or if my phone battery dies on game day?

Please contact the UF Athletics Ticket Office to make alternate arrangements if you do not have a smartphone.

Multiple charging stations will be available outside the venue on game day. For game day issues, visit the ticket box office at the venue for assistance. Guest will be required to present a valid ID matching the name on the ticket account.

What if I don’t have WI-FI Connectivity on game day?

Before arriving at the game, download your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Once the tickets are downloaded, connectivity or Wi-Fi is not required to access your tickets and/or parking. If you did not download your tickets in advance, visit the ticket box office at the venue for assistance. Guests will be required to present a valid ID matching the name on the ticket account.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes, you are able to swipe through your available tickets at the venue if your entire party is present. However, it is much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket.

What if my entire party is not with me when I am ready to enter the venue?

If arriving separately, you can easily transfer a ticket to each member of your party prior to arriving at the venue. Once your guests have accepted the ticket transfer, they will be able to add the ticket to their phone’s digital wallet. Does the person I transfer tickets to need a My Florida Gators Account?

Yes. If they do not already have one, they will create one in the acceptance process.

What if I send the tickets (link) to the wrong person. Can I recall the tickets?

Yes. You can reclaim the tickets as long as they haven't already been accepted by the recipient.

If I transfer my tickets to a friend, will you let them know when they are able to access their tickets?

Yes, by transferring your tickets or parking through your online Florida Gators account, it allows us to email directly to your guests, letting them know when they can access their tickets, as well as any other important gameday information.

Can I transfer tickets to someone after the event has started?

Yes, you can transfer tickets up to one hour after the event’s start time.

Can I print my tickets from home?

No, UF Athletics continuously strives to implement technological advances to provide our fans with a ticketing experience that is convenient, safe and secure. In accordance with this, print-at-home paper tickets (PDFs) have been discontinued and will no longer be accepted at any UF Athletics venue so as to further combat fraud and counterfeiting commonly associated with PDF tickets. If I purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster, can I still access them through the UF Athletics app?

Yes, you will be able to access your tickets via the Florida Gators App by clicking on the Ticketmaster option when logging in.

Will a screenshot, photocopy or picture of my ticket be permitted for entry?

No, a mobile ticket must be provided either within the official Florida Gators App, your My Florida Gators Account on your mobile device or within your phone’s digital wallet to gain entry. Photocopies, scans and pictures of hard tickets will not be permitted for entry.

How will tickets work for away games and special events?

Ticket delivery for away games and special events may vary. Information for each event will be relayed to ticket purchasers prior to the event.

Important game day entry tips:

Arrive early and be sure to download or transfer your tickets prior to arriving at the venue. We highly recommend saving your tickets to your phone’s wallet app (Apple Wallet or Google Pay).

Be sure your phone is fully charged.

Turn your screen brightness to high for easier scanning.

Have your mobile ticket barcode prominently displayed before approaching the gates.
